An advocate for both the BOTOX® patient and the BOTOX® practice, the BOTOX® Patient Navigator collaborates with the patient, his/her caregivers, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to facilitate access to care, BOTOX® treatment and appropriate re-treatment.
A dedicated person in this role can help to simplify office processes, facilitating improved access to the patient's first BOTOX® treatment and allow for seamless continuation to appropriate re-treatment.

About the BOTOX® Patient Navigator Program
The BOTOX® Patient Navigator Program is designed to provide training and resources that empower one or more members of the practice team in streamlining office processes to help appropriate patients receive treatment with BOTOX®(onabotulinumtoxinA) as efficiently as possible. In many cases, having one team member (often called a BOTOX® Patient Navigator) take responsibility for making sure each BOTOX® patient remains on track with their treatment plan, can really help to improve the patient's in-office experience in addition to supporting a smooth-running BOTOX® practice overall.
The program's curricula is made up of multiple modules, each designed to provide specific training on processes associated with the BOTOX® (onabotulinumtoxinA) patient journey, including clinical information about BOTOX®, treatment team roles and responsibilities, reimbursement processes, patient tracking and much more. New modules will be added to help ensure you have support with all aspects relevant to your BOTOX® patients.Click Here to Register
